What we collect
Account name, email, a hashed password, support tickets, abuse reports, domains you connect, and basic security logs (such as IP address for rate limiting).
How we use it
To run your account, answer tickets, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Registration data
When registration opens, registrant contact data must be shared with the registrar partner and registry as required by ICANN. Whether a privacy/proxy service is offered for an extension, and at what price, will be shown before checkout. Not every extension supports privacy.
Cookies
We use a secure session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
Contact support to access, correct or delete your account data, subject to records we must keep.
